At M2, our 6-on-1 small group strength training model is designed for one purpose: helping you get stronger; sustainably, intelligently, and consistently. But here’s the truth: not everyone is a perfect fit right away.And that’s not a bad thing.

1. You’ve Trained Before - But You’re Not Getting Better

At M2, our small-group format gives you expert coaching every session, with progressive, goal-driven programming built to take the guesswork out. It’s not about doing more, it’s about doing it better.

If that means starting somewhere else and working your way back to us? Even better. That’s why we have Method Fitness, our sister gym built to help people with more complex needs get strong and ready for group training.


You’re Coming Off Injury or Managing Medical Considerations


If you’re currently dealing with serious pain, recovering from surgery, or navigating a medical condition that impacts movement, group training may not be the right starting point.


That’s where Method Fitness comes in. Their team specializes in bridging the gap between rehab and performance with 1-on-1 training, customized programming, and a pace that meets you where you are. Our M2 and Method coaches work together so that, when you’re ready, you can transition into M2 with confidence and clarity.


We don’t want to just train you, we want to train you safely, and at the right time.
